The Ball Pressure Test Apparatus is used to check the integrity of dielectric material with respect to resistance to elevated operating temperature. The Ball Pressure Test Apparatus model BP 21 takes care of this testing useful for insulator manufacturers and other electro-technical manufacturers who use insulating material in their electrical appliances. The BP21 is made of stainless steel for long life.

The product can be customized as per the number of stations: 1 (stand alone), 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 stations. Additionally, the product can be microccontroller based with each microcontroller controlling an individual station, or a PC based wherein the PC controls all the stations simultaneosuly and independenly of each other. The product is available as a standalone module with micro controller based control – without the use of PC as a low cost alternative with features as scalability and accuracy intact.
