Fixture 4 Nos. will be connected to one bank. There will be two bank of 4 Nos. Fixture. When one bank is being tested other can be unloaded & loaded.

The System will broadly comprise of : a) Programmable AC Power Source (GW-Instek) make 500Watt Model – 1 No. b) Yokogawa Power Meter with 1 Elements – 1 No. c) DAQ System for Interface for switching Circuitry. d) HP or DELL make PC with windows 10 operating system with Monitor & keyboard. e) Barcode/QR Code Printer & QR Code Scanner. f) Switches, Relays & Contactors. g) “Testware” LabVIEW based software. h) DC Electronic Load 200W, 120V/6Amp. Max. i) Enclosure designed using with Aluminium Extruded Channels.

The test setup can be customized with respect to the safety and performance test parameters.
