SCR Elektroniks presents you a bench to test MCCB overload tripping as per IEC 60947-2 Cl 8.3.3 and custom based requirements. The system comes with user interface software configured in NI LabVIEW (Testware) making testing of MCCBs complete where thermal curves can be plotted on a PC. The test jig is flexible as well as custom built such that it accommodates a range of MCCBs of a particular manufacturer.
The number of testing stations can be 1, 2, 3 or 4 depending upon the through put of the MCCB manufacturer. Even a 4 station bench can be centrally co-ordinated on a single PC operated by one operator, giving a high return of cost ratio.
To make the system usable to even a field level technician, a unique feature of the test system along with the in-built TestwareTM is that the user can debug / diagnose for any improper contact ON / failure of internal switching inside the panel by logging in to the debug mode of the software, making panel diagnostics as easy as clicking a mouse! Also, test and compliance parameters can be edited and stored against a particular model such that when the MCCB model is chosen, all test parameters get adjusted accordingly. The data can be exported to an MS-Excel format where it can be analyzed statistically.
The product is optimized so much that the integration of electrical, pneumatic, PC based and measurement modules are integrated in a less price!
